Whether you're far along in your commercialization journey or just starting out and wanting to learn more about innovation, all are welcome!
Come learn about how the NSF I-Corps Northeast Hub works with WEPAN (Women in Engineering Pro-Active Network) to advance cultures of inclusion and diversity in engineering education and professions. These WEPAN programs and strategic initiatives help transform cultures across the country and are collaborating with the NSF I-Corps to provide programs, resources, and funding opportunities to support innovators, I-Corps teams, and startups towards commercialization of their innovations for societal benefit!
A panel of WEPAN leaders will share details about their programs and strategic initiatives, and will join a discussion about how innovators and I-Corps teams can participate and integrate into these various programs. Our estemed panelists from WEPAN include:

Upcoming programs:
- Applications for the 2024 WEPAN Accelerator will open soon and the program will begin on October 8th.
- The 2024 Annual Conference for the New Jersey Equity in Commercialization Collective (NJECC) will be hosted at Princeton University on October 30th and sponsored by NSF ADVANCE Project (one of WEPANs strategic initiatives). FREE registration for new and experienced innovators, commercialization supporters and gatekeepers, to create sustainable connections betwen diverse partners in the broader innovation ecosystem
- Applications are open for the upcoming Novus and regional Propelus I-Corps Programs through Fall 2024. Teams of 2+ exploring the commercial potential of an innovation are invited to apply to Propelus, and individuals and teams are welcome to attend Novus.
