I-Corps alum team Antifungal Inhibitor Molecular Synergy (AFI-MS) completed the Nucleate Activator program to learn more about spinning out their University intellectual property. The team is working to address the need for innovative therapies to meet the rising burden of fungal diseases. 

AFI-MS completed the regional Propelus program through the Northeast Hub in 2022, and the national I-Corps program in 2023, in which they developed their value proposition and conducted customer discovery. In the Nucleate Activator, the team focused on aspects of operationalizing their company.
