Elder-Joy has been selected to join the VentureWell Spring 2025 E-Team Pioneer cohort for their AI literacy and democracy initiative, which helps onboard senior citizens to AI. The team is also working with local senior centers to help older adults actively shape AI solutions, which they anticipate to help lead to novel technologies and applications that directly address the needs of seniors. 

The team went through the regional I-Corps Propelus program in 2024, which helped informed the co-design framework that the team is now implementing in partnership with local senior centers.
