MudderAI, a team that is working to use AI to help with disaster preparedness and response, won the $35,000 Yale Planetary Solutions Prize at Startup Yale. The prize will help them launch a pilot program and further develop its AI-driven disaster management platform. The program will focus on key regions, integrating machine learning, geospatial data, and community-driven insights to enhance emergency response, evacuation planning, and infrastructure recovery. Mudder AI participated in the Propelus program at Yale University in the spring of 2024.
