
Caitlin Baiduc joined the University of Delaware as the Northeast I-Corps Hub Program Coordinator in October 2022. She works alongside Mark DeGuzman (Rutgers) and the Princeton Co-Coordinator on the Hub planning, logistics, and operations to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Prior to joining the University of Delaware, Caitlin was a Sr. Clinical Scientist at Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she managed Phase I-III clinical trials targeting infectious diseases (HPV, Lassa virus, MERS, COVID). She also worked as a Project Manager at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where she oversaw client accounts in both the testing and manufacturing divisions. Caitlin began her career at the University of Pennsylvania, where she held a number of roles spanning HIV bench research to clinical trial operations.
Caitlin holds her Masters degree in Genetics and Gene Regulation from the University of Pennsylvania and her B.A. in Microbiology and Anthropology (dual degree) from The Ohio State University. Caitlin is also a certified yoga instructor (200-hr), certified equine massage therapist (through Delaware Valley University), and a certified MagnaWave practitioner.
