Dr. Zane is an associate professor of management at the Rohrer College of Business, Rowan University. He earned a Ph.D. in Organization and Strategy from Drexel University. His research interests focus on strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship (both individual entrepreneurs and their ventures) via the lens of social networks, resources, strategy, and cognition. Before academia, Dr. Zane accumulated over twenty years of industry experience, including founding a software company, selling the business to a conglomerate, and managing the transition.
