
Walida Ali is the Innovation Development Manager at Princeton University for the NSF I-Corps Northeast Hub.
Walida is a molecular bioengineer and businesswomen with expertise in deep tech venture creation, life sciences, and healthcare. Walida is a National Science Foundation I-Corp alumni.
In recent years, Walida oversaw portfolio strategy and supported scientific collaborations for a series B fundraising for a biotech company, and operations for NYC’s leading tech accelerator. Walida has supported over 40 leading Universities across the US through her work supporting at Academic Venture Exchange to translate scientific innovation and drive lab-to-market efforts. Alongside her work at Princeton University, Walida also independently supports early-stage biotech and medical device companies in health economics and market access.
Walida went to NYU Tandon School of Engineering where she received her BSc in Biomolecular Sciences with an Applied Mathematics minor, and an MSs in Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship. She is currently getting her MBA in Healthcare Management and Finance at John Hopkin's University.
