Bio/Description

I was initially a Rutgers University student majoring in biotechnology. I never had to study to achieve excellent grades while growing up so I never properly developed that skillet. That combined with my immaturity was a recipe for disaster. I entered the workforce for a few years still aiming towards jobs tangentially related to the sciences; pharmacy technician, phlebotomist, laboratory technician, etc. When covid 19 hit that was a wake up call for me to return to my education.

I enrolled in Union College aiming toward a biology Associate's and it was through the college I first learned of the I-Corps program. Due to my class schedule I was unable enter either cohort during the general semesters, so joined the accelerated summer cohort and had a fantastic experience.
